Design requirements: The second phase laboratory project of Ningbo Institute of Materials, Chinese Academy of Sciences is located at No. 519 Zhuangshi Avenue, Zhenhai District, Ningbo. According to the system design, the project is divided into South There are a total of 113 fume hoods in 39 laboratories in the building and the north building. Each laboratory adopts an independent exhaust system. The room air supply adopts natural supplementary air. The indoor load is handled by cabinet air conditioners. Keep the room pressure slightly negative.
Solution: In the Phase II laboratory of Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, each fume cupboard is equipped with a TROX fume cupboard imported from Germany. The VAV control valve TVRK/250/ELAB/FH-VS can quickly control the air volume of the fume cupboard and keep the average wind speed at its inlet stable. The medicine cabinet is equipped with a mechanical CAV constant air volume valve RN-P1/100 to maintain a constant exhaust air volume. These exhaust control valves not only ensure the normal and safe operation of the ventilation equipment, meet the requirements of the number of indoor air changes, but also save energy and reduce emissions as much as possible. At present, the design does not use machinery to supply fresh air, but naturally supplements the air from the corridor to the room. The indoor pressure is formed by the exhaust system and natural supplementary air.
Considering the actual needs and use conditions of the laboratory, each laboratory is equipped with emergency working condition switches and exhaust fan start-stop switches. In an emergency exhaust condition, the exhaust air volume of the fume cupboard is always maintained as the emergency air volume, regardless of the position of the cabinet door. When there is an emergency situation such as overturning of medicines and reagents in the laboratory or a large amount of exhaust air is required for a certain fume cupboard, it can be placed in this working condition. The exhaust fan start-stop switch is used to turn on the exhaust fan when in use, and turn off the exhaust fan when it is off work or not in use.
Implementation effect: Accurate control of surface wind speed and stable negative pressure in the room.
