Design requirements:The Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences is the cradle of cultivating cutting-edge organic chemistry talents in my country. The newly-built experimental building is the base for scientific research personnel of the Institute of Organic Chemistry to conduct experiments, with a construction area of ​​1600 square meters. The air conditioning and ventilation system of the laboratory building of the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences includes 7 floors from the second floor to the 8th floor, 8 standard laboratories on each floor, 6 fume cupboards in each laboratory, indoor air supply variable air volume control valve and indoor One exhaust air variable air volume control valve. A total of 56 standard laboratories and 336 variable air volume fume hoods. According to the system design, the air conditioning and ventilation system of the Organic Laboratory Building of the Chinese Academy of Sciences is divided into 14 areas, each with 4 laboratories, and the air conditioning and ventilation system in each area has 24 fume cupboards. A set of independent exhaust system is adopted for 24 fume cupboards and indoor exhaust in each area. A set of independent air supply system is adopted for all corridors in 14 districts. The indoor pressure is controlled by the ventilation system, the air supply valve maintains the indoor negative pressure of -5Pa, and the indoor temperature is controlled by an additional fan coil.
 

solution:Each laboratory is equipped with 6 TVLK/250/TMA/FH fume cupboard control valves, 1 TVR/400/TMA/PS indoor air supply valve and 1 TVR/200/TMA/RE indoor auxiliary exhaust valve. These 8 valves work together through LONWORKS network communication, and the indoor negative pressure is stabilized at -5Pa while ensuring the wind speed of the fume cupboard. An infrared detector is installed on each fume cupboard. When someone is operating, the fume cupboard is in the manned mode (the green light on it is on), that is, the average surface wind speed of the fume cupboard opening is maintained at 0.5m/s, otherwise it is 0.3 m/s. There are emergency working condition and night working condition switches in the room to facilitate the staff to quickly switch the working conditions of the ventilation system. All variable air volume control valves are connected to the LONWORK network. The central control room is equipped with ventilation control system software, which can monitor the following parameters: wind speed of the fume cupboard, exhaust air volume of the fume cupboard, room auxiliary air volume, room air supply volume, Room pressure, fume cupboard alarm status, etc. Install a frequency converter in front of the fan, adjust the fan speed according to the actual air volume load, energy-saving operation.
