Design requirements:Honeywell R&D Center is located in Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park in Pudong and is a newly built comprehensive office building. The Honeywellwell laboratory is located on the fifth floor of the building. There are 16 laboratories in total, including 41 sets of fume cupboard control valves. According to the ventilation system, it is divided into 9 laboratory groups. In addition, the central area has 3 areas: Utility1, Unililty2, and Chemical room. The pressure is very 3-level control. The laboratory is 10Pa lower than the corridor, the Utility room is 10Pa lower than the laboratory, and the Chemical room is 10Pa lower than the Utility room. The fume cupboard of each laboratory requires the control of the surface wind speed, and the indoor temperature is controlled by an additional fan coil. The universal exhaust hood maintains constant air volume and can be closed.
solution:Each area is equipped with a fume hood variable air volume control valve, indoor variable air volume control valve, indoor auxiliary variable air volume exhaust valve, constant air volume exhaust valve and high-precision differential pressure transmitter. The laboratory is also equipped with universal exhaust hoods, floor exhaust or fixed exhaust hoods, which set the air volume through the constant air volume valve RN, and the exhaust hood is also equipped with an AK valve and switch to control its on and off. The control valve of the fume cupboard in the laboratory controls the average surface wind speed of the fume cupboard window and the negative pressure in the fume cupboard to ensure the safety and energy saving of the fume cupboard operation; the indoor pressure is controlled by the air supply and exhaust system linkage; the indoor temperature is controlled by an additional fan Coil control. The blower and exhaust fan are located on the roof and are equipped with frequency converters, which automatically adjust the speed of the fan according to the change of the exhaust air volume, which has saved energy. Infrared detectors are installed on each fume cupboard. When manned, the average surface wind speed of the fume cupboard opening is maintained at 0.5m/s, otherwise it is 0.3m/s. There are emergency working condition and night working condition switches in the room to facilitate the staff to quickly switch the working conditions of the ventilation system. All variable air volume control valves are connected to the LONWORK network. The central control room is equipped with ventilation control system software, which can monitor the following parameters: wind speed of the fume cupboard, exhaust air volume of the fume cupboard, room auxiliary air volume, room air supply volume, Room pressure, fume cupboard alarm status, etc.
Implementation Effect:The fume cupboard has a good exhaust effect, the area 3 level negative pressure control is stable, and the monitoring system operates normally.
