Design requirements:The laboratory project of the Shanghai BASF R&D campus building is located at Jiangxinsha Road, Shanghai. The project is divided into 2 major areas and a total of 26 laboratories and 166 fume hoods. The ventilation system of the laboratory project is compared with the comfort air conditioning system and general production The workshop ventilation system has higher requirements. It needs a complete and systematic solution to the laboratory's negative pressure control, the negative pressure control in the fume hood, and the appropriate surface wind speed control program of the fume hood.
solution:Each laboratory’s fume hood is equipped with TVRK/250/ELAB/FH control valve, room air supply valve and auxiliary exhaust valve, and coordinated work through LONWORK network communication to ensure that the wind speed at the entrance of the fume hood remains at 0.3m/s Keep the indoor negative pressure stable at -5pa. The infrared sensor is installed on the fume hood and the number of fresh air changes is 6 times/hour under artificial conditions, and 3 times/hour under no artificial conditions.
Implementation Effect:Accurate control of surface wind speed and stable indoor negative pressure control.
